We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Relationship Manager to join a leading Asset Management Company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by leveraging strong relationships across IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) and ND (National Distributors) channels.
Develop and manage relationships with IFAs and National Distributors to drive mutual fund sales.
Achieve sales targets through effective channel engagement and distribution strategies.
Conduct product presentations trainings and regular engagement activities to enhance partner effectiveness.
Monitor market trends competitor activity and provide actionable feedback to management.
Plan and execute promotional and business development activities in alignment with company goals.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies at all stages of the distribution cycle.
Proven network of IFAs and National Distributors in the Ahmedabad region
5–6 years of hands-on experience in Mutual Fund sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Result-oriented with a strong track record of target achievement
Good understanding of mutual fund products and regulatory framework
Self-motivated with a customer-centric and growth-focused approach
