Job Description
Role: Operational Excellence Group Leader
Experience: 9 12 Years
Salary: 55 67 LPA 35% variable.
Location: Ahmedabad (work from office)
Join my client on their journey to operational excellence. We re looking for an experienced Operational Excellence Group Leader to champion the deployment and sustainability across their Global Business Services (GBS) and BPO operations. If you have a passion for driving process excellence cultural transformation and continuous improvement at scale this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and embed client process specific methodologies across GBS and BPO teams
Align OpEx initiatives with GBS strategic goals
Coach and mentor frontline managers and tower leads using tools like RCA and Customer Journey Mapping
Standardize operational processes (SOPs service catalogs)
Use data analytics to drive KPIs track performance and identify gaps
Conduct OpEx maturity health checks and implement improvement plans
Act as a strategic partner and change agent building a culture of accountability and innovation
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
9 12 Years in Operational Excellence/Continuous Improvement roles
Hands-on experience in shared services or BPO environments
Proven record of leading cultural transformation and capability building
Strong grasp of data-driven decision-making performance tracking and stakeholder management
Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or related field
Exceptional communication coaching and collaboration skills
