Job Description
Job Title: Network Operations L2 Engineer
Location: Gurgaon India / Remote / Hybrid
Experience: 5 8 years

Provide Level 2 support for network issues related to DC ACI VXLAN OSPF BGP.

Perform incident response root cause analysis and generate RCA reports.

Execute approved MOPs and participate in change management activities.
-
Review action plans perform server migrations and support DR drills.
-
Maintain accurate documentation of network diagrams configurations and incidents.
-
Ensure device inventory is updated and under monitoring backup and CMDB tools.
-
Collaborate with L1/L3 teams as well as Infrastructure and Security teams.
-
5 8 years of experience in Network Operations or NOC environment.

Good hands-on knowledge of Cisco ACI Nexus switches and VXLAN.

Proficiency in Routing/Switching (OSPF BGP VLANs STP MPLS).

Experience with tools like SolarWinds Cisco Prime ServiceNow.
-
Familiarity with change and incident management processes (ITIL preferred).

Strong analytical and communication skills.
-
Cisco certifications: CCNA / CCNP (Data Center or R&S preferred).
-
Experience supporting clients in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.
