Must Have:
Our client a multinational telecommunications technology company has an urgent and immediate need for a Business Analyst/Campaign Analyst to deploy campaigns in SAS Direct as per campaign design specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and enhance existing SAS Direct campaign configurations and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Maintain and enhance SAS RTDM (Real-Time Decision Manager) workflows for decisioning logic and customer treatment strategies.
- Plan execute and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and techniques providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize targeting messaging and ROI.
- Collaborate with marketing CRM and analytics teams to define audience segments campaign KPIs and reporting requirements.
- Develop and automate dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness customer engagement and conversion metrics.
- Support testing strategies (e.g. A/B testing) and post-campaign analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- BS Degree in a STEM field
- Minimum 5 years of BA exp.
- Strong SAS experience including SAS Direct and SAS RTDM
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
