We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to drive client acquisition and business expansion in the Non-IT Staffing sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients managing business development activities and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams for successful service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in the Non-IT staffing space
Generate and convert leads through calls emails networking and references
Build long-term client relationships and ensure account retention
Coordinate with recruitment/delivery teams to fulfill client requirements
Meet monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
2 5 years of experience in Business Development/Sales in Staffing/Recruitment (preferably Non-IT)
Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills
Good understanding of staffing services and hiring models
Self-driven and able to work independently
Must be based in Mumbai and open to work-from-home setup
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong experience in business development and client acquisition within the staffing industry.
