Job Description
About the Role
Seeking a Systems Analyst with deep experience in healthcare claims processing and technical testing across large-scale Medicaid or MMIS systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of data across all MMIS functional areas and close collaboration with technical and user groups to support production defect fixes enhancements and data conversion activities.
This is an on-site role requiring 2 3 days per week at the Richmond location. Candidates must have experience with Teradata ETL design and testing coordination across vendors.
Responsibilities
Support releases enhancements and production fixes across MES modules and COTS products
Coordinate and manage all testing phases (SIT UAT E2E) including defect triage across multiple vendors and systems
Analyze project requirements and designs to develop comprehensive test cases and data
Validate software changes and perform root cause analysis of issues
Serve as liaison between developers and business users
Report test results and execution metrics to stakeholders
Track UAT defects and ensure resolution
Maintain historical UAT testing documentation
Collaborate effectively with multiple teams while meeting critical deadlines
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
5 years of experience in test data preparation and execution
Strong expertise in Teradata and SQL queries
Test result validation and data quality assurance experience
Defect tracking and resolution across multi-vendor environments
Experience with test metrics reporting and stakeholder communication
High-level communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills
Experience with claims processing systems
Testing experience on Mainframe Systems
Familiarity with DB2 and legacy mainframe platforms
