Job Description
We specialize in matching exceptional talent with businesses in the Oil & Gas Engineering Procurement Construction and Utilities sectors. As part of our Downtown Calgary team youll thrive in a collaborative and innovative environment where success is driven by building meaningful connections with clients and candidates.
What Youll Be Doing
Partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to understand talent needs and define sourcing strategies
Actively sourcing candidates through online platforms professional networks and cold outreach
Creating and optimizing job postings that resonate with the right audience
Managing candidate pipelines across industry sectors
Leveraging data and insights to improve sourcing effectiveness and reduce time-to-fill
Contributing to employer branding and talent attraction efforts
Requirements
- 2 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
- Proven experience sourcing for technical engineering or specialized roles is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Indeed etc.)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A consultative and collaborative mindset youre a true team player
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Post-secondary education in business HR or a related field is an asset
