We re looking for a proactive tech-savvy recruiter to join our team. You ll manage the full recruitment cycle especially focused on real estate & bookkeeping hiring. If you re great at building relationships working independently and sourcing top talent remotely we d love to meet you!
What You ll Do
- Work closely with clients (mainly in real estate) to understand their hiring needs
- Source qualified candidates using job boards social media referrals and more
- Screen and interview candidates to ensure skills fit and readiness
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Handle salary discussions and offer negotiations
- Build and manage a talent pipeline for future hiring
- Lead recruitment by improving processes
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide performance reports
Requirements
- 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience preferably remote
- Strong background in real estate hiring is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Proactive organized and can manage multiple roles independently
- Tech-savvy comfortable using and understanding ATS (knowledge in Recruit is preferred) and recruitment tools
- Experience working with global clients
