Who You Are To thrive in this 1099 Independent Desk Adjuster role, you must: Have at least 3 years of property claims handling experience. Be proficient in Xactimate and Symbility for estimate evaluations. Hold a valid property adjuster license in your state of operation. Work independently, exercising sound judgment in claim resolutions. Have strong written communication skills for policy interpretation and reporting. Be organized and able to manage multiple claims efficiently. Have excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possess strong customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally. Be tech-savvy with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and claims management systems.
