As an Inside Sales Associate you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales across a broad range of product categories including doors windows decking materials tools and accessories and interior trim. Youll be expected to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Youll also support customers at our Service Desk by answering questions related to DIY projects. A strong understanding of construction practices and building materials is essential to succeed in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases in-store
- Provide knowledgeable support for customer DIY projects at the Service Desk
- Manage orders and track special orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy
- Maintain product displays and restock merchandise as needed
- Participate in vendor-led product training sessions to stay current with offerings
- Deliver excellent customer service by resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction
Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
