What Youll Do
ESP Monitoring & Surveillance
- Conduct daily monitoring of ESP parameters and generate comprehensive surveillance reports (daily weekly monthly)
- Execute routine ESP operations including start-up shutdown and control variable adjustments
- Implement standardized procedures to ensure optimal ESP performance and reliability
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize ESP operational parameters
Equipment Optimization & Troubleshooting
- Make tailored recommendations for optimal ESP equipment selection and operational practices
- Lead troubleshooting initiatives for ESP systems to minimize production deferment
- Conduct routine maintenance programs to ensure maximum equipment uptime
- Drive continuous improvement in ESP operational efficiency
Installation & Commissioning
- Oversee ESP installation and commissioning for new wells and workover operations
- Coordinate with field teams and contractors to ensure flawless equipment deployment
- Provide technical guidance during installation procedures and system testing
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Field Operations Support
- Provide night coverage support on the Wellhead Floating Bridge (WFB)
- Interface with Management field staff contractors and regulatory bodies
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting systems
- Support emergency response and critical operations as required

Requirements
Who You Are
- Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputable institution
- 8-12 years of oil and gas field experience specifically in ESP operations
- Proven track record in offshore ESP monitoring troubleshooting and optimization
- Strong technical background in artificial lift systems and equipment
