Structural Engineer - Dyersville
Dyersville IA
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
Seeking a skilled Structural Engineer with expertise in construction design and project execution. The ideal candidate will design and coordinate structural systems including steel and foundation elements with a focus on greenhouse structures while ensuring compliance with building codes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design structural steel and foundation components for building systems.
- Engineer glass greenhouse structures and ensure compliance with applicable codes.
- Perform structural calculations for components and systems.
- Write detailed specifications and leverage modern manufacturing techniques.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Experience with structural design for greenhouses preferred.
- Proficient in RISA-3D RAM CASTA or similar engineering software.
- Strong analytical skills multitasking abilities and project management experience.
- Effective communicator with team collaboration and conflict resolution skills.
Skills:
- Results-oriented adaptable in fast-paced environments and capable of managing multiple projects independently or as part of a team.
