Job Description
Avec a part of the Talent International Group is currently searching for an experienced Software Developer with a background in Technology.
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activities
- Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logs
- Methodologies processes and best practices.
- Research Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needs
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements.
- Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven development
- Escalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues
- Play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols.
- Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirement.
Work Health and Safety:
- Follow safe work practices and perform all duties in a manner that ensures personal health and safety and the safety of other employees visitors and guests in the workplace.
- Comply with Talent Internationals work health and safety management system policies and procedures.

Additional Information :
A relevant Bachelors degree is preferred but not required.
