Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
Maintain and enhance existing automated testing frameworks
Design and execute comprehensive test plans including automation
Collaborate with developers to define targeted testing strategies for new features
Collect analyze and report quality metrics from test execution
Support engineering teams in troubleshooting and resolving issues in applications and test environments
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
Proven ability to evaluate and thoughtfully integrate AI into workflows decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating processes analyzing AI-generated insights or assessing AIs broader impact on teams or industries.
2 years of experience in quality assurance with strong hands-on skills in Java programming using tools such as Selenium JUnit and TestNG.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript scripting with experience using development tools like Eclipse Jenkins Maven and Git.
Solid understanding of a wide range of testing techniques (e.g. unit integration performance automation) including when and how to apply each method effectively.
Skilled in using technical tools such as IDEs debuggers build tools version control systems profilers ServiceNow instances and Unix/system administration utilities to support daily engineering tasks.
Experience leading or participating in cross-team technical discussions with a strong grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $106600 - $165300 plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
