The Business Analyst role within the CX Web team is responsible for supporting the delivery of enhanced digital customer experiences across Endeavour Groups retail brands. The role works closely with product marketing design and analytics teams to identify optimisation opportunities and translate insights into initiatives that improve conversion engagement and personalisation across web and app platforms. This position bridges commercial objectives with digital capability and contributes to strategic decision-making through data-informed recommendations and collaborative planning across brands such as BWS and Dan Murphys.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Identifying market opportunities through behavioural analytics and experimentation and advising on performance marketing strategies and tactical initiatives to drive customer growth and conversion.
- Contributing to the improvement of the end-to-end customer journey across BWS and Dan Murphys websites and apps by supporting the AEM migration identifying CX issues and helping drive solutions that simplify delivery enhance on-site search and enable more effective personalisation.
- Collaborating with analytics design and engineering teams to support the implementation of the Content Management System platform (Adobe Experience Manager) across Web and App platforms enabling the delivery of timely campaign-led marketing experiences.
- Ensuring internal stakeholders mainly eCommerce teams are equipped to execute campaign activity through the CMS by providing training design specifications and guidance on the use of components.
- Coordinating the launch of new CMS components to align with key trade campaigns ensuring consistency across digital assets and alignment with brand and commercial goals.
- Supporting the evolution of Endeavours Multi-Brand Design System to enable consistent campaign-ready marketing executions across digital channels.
- Ensuring brand design principles are embedded in component development and content guidelines enabling efficient rollout of seasonal tactical and trade-focused campaigns.
- Maintaining a strong understanding of the digital product roadmap and target customer personas to ensure initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and tailored to audience needs.
- Supporting the planning and execution of structured digital experiments (A/B and multivariate testing) and contributing to the experimentation roadmap and strategy to ensure alignment with marketing objectives personalised experiences customer engagement and sales conversion.
- Leveraging behavioural insights and digital platform capabilities (e.g. Insider Rich Relevance UNBXD Bazaarvoice Particular Audience) to support the prioritisation of new features and enhancements improve strategic alignment with e-commerce goals and guide future-state digital experience initiatives.
Qualifications :

- Over ten years of professional experience in digital marketing customer experience optimisation and conversion-focused initiatives.
- Experience working in large-scale e-commerce environments with exposure to experimentation frameworks content management systems (such as AEM) and customer analytics.
- Proven ability to align marketing strategies with platform capabilities and commercial goals.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate behavioural data into actionable strategies.
- Familiarity with web experimentation and user journey optimisation practices.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Deep understanding of digital content workflows and customer-facing platform capabilities.
- Strategic mindset with a strong sense of business impact and user experience alignment.
