Student Worker

We are looking for a Student Worker within Offshore Logistics in our Business Area Wind a part of the Vattenfall Organization.

What do we expect from you as Student Worker

You will be part of Integrated Operations which have the responsibility to enable top quartile industry performance of our wind farms by best-in-class delivery of major O&M projects strong technical support accurate surveillance and monitoring of our fleet and efficient supply chain management. The Offshore Logistics department belongs to Integrated Operations and we are broadly involved in all maritime and aviation aspects of operation of our wind farms.

Key responsibilities

• Support the marine and aviation leads within Offshore Logistics.
• Support on tender evaluations with review of vessel drone and helicopter requirements.
• Support the team in working with SharePoint design and admin work.
• Support on process development.

Qualifications :

 Requirement and desired skills

• You are enrolled and studying on Bachelor or Masters level. Preferably within the Maritime environment i.e. Marine Engineer / Master Mariner. Ideally you have 2-3 years left of your studies.
• You have an analytical mindset and have experience structuring and analyzing data.
• You are self-motivated a quick learner and enjoy meeting new people.
• You are fluent in English written and spoken knowledge in Danish is a plus.
• You have an eye for details and keep an overview and structure also when times are busy.
• You know Office365 (PowerPoint Word Excel Teams SharePoint) and you are comfortable familiarizing yourself with new IT tools.
