- Support the optimization of our supply chain operations by developing and maintaining supplier performance reports
- Conduct invoice reconciliations and manage purchase cost adjustments as part of your daily responsibilities
- Help with placing purchase orders for our products and track deliveries to ensure they arrive in full and on time at our warehouse
- Monitor and verify inbound deliveries to maintain accurate stock levels
- Maintain close communication with our suppliers and warehouse team
- Collaborate closely with our Purchasing Quality Management and Finance departments
Your profile
- Strong interest in supply chain management and finance processes; prior experience in these areas is a plus
- You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Very good command of English both written and spoken German skills are a plus
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel you know your way around spreadsheets
- Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is an advantage
- A true team player reliable detail-oriented and able to perform well under pressure
- Commitment openness strategic thinking and a strong willingness to learn define your working style
