Job Description

Nous sommes prsentement la recherche dun TSuperviseur Rgional pour notre client.

 

Responsabilits:

  • Collaborer en permanence avec lautorit rgionale pour veiller ce que les tches requises soient excutes conformment aux mcanismes de contrle de la gouvernance approuvs;

  • Assurer le contrle global du calendrier du budget et de la fourniture des produits livrables prvus;

  • Prendre des mesures en cas de non-conformit en matire de qualit;

  • tablir un ensemble de pratiques garantissant lintgrit et la qualit des produits livrables du projet;

  • Veiller ce que les ressources ncessaires soient disponibles pour les projets spciaux tels que dfinis par le gestionnaire de projet;

  • Soutenir et mettre en uvre une liste de contrle de la scurit des employs du contractant lors de leur dpart;

  • Mettre en uvre soutenir et rendre compte du programme de formation en cours demploi pour tous les techniciens en lectronique les chefs dquipe et les spcialistes techniques rgionaux en lectronique de la rgion.

  • Raliser chaque anne un audit de qualit consistant au minimum en un examen une inspection et une valuation formels de chaque site de la rgion concerne; et

  • Crer et distribuer des rapports pour informer le chef de la maintenance des installations et lautorit rgionale.

 

We are currently seeking a Regional Supervisor for our client.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Regional Authority on an ongoing basis to ensure delivery of the required tasks is provided in accordance with the approved governance control mechanisms;
  • Maintain overall control of schedule budget and delivery of planned deliverables;
  • Take action on issues of non-conformity in quality;
  • Establish a set of practices that ensure the integrity and quality of project deliverables;
  • Ensure required resources are available for special projects as defined by Project Manager;
  • Support and implement a Contractors Employee Security Off-boarding Checklist;
  • Implement support and report on the OJT Program for all the Contractor Electronic Technicians Contractor Team Leaders and Contractor Regional Electronic Technical Specialists within the region.
  • Conduct a quality audit on an annual basis consisting of at minimum a formal review inspection and evaluation of each site within the Region of responsibility; and
  • Create and distribute reports to update the Chief Facilities Maintenance and the Regional Authority.

Qualifications :

Exigences (exprience/comptences/homologation) :

  • Diplme dun tablissement postsecondaire reconnu dans un programme de technologie et avoir obtenu un certificat ou un diplme dans au moins un des domaines suivants ou un domaine quivalent approuv :
    • technicien industriel;
    • technicien en communications;
    • technologue en gnie lectrique et lectronique;
    • technicien en gnie lectronique; technologue en gnie lectrique.
  • Un minimum des cinq ans dexprience au cours des dix dernires annes dans la maintenance dau moins quinze des systmes et/ou sous-systmes (doit inclure le type dquipement lectronique et de systme entretenu le fabricant et le modle) numrs ci-dessous :
    • Systmes de scurit tels que :
      • Systme de dtection dintrusion dans le primtre (PIDS)
        • Systme de dtection de mouvement (MDS)
        • Systme de perturbation des cltures (FDS)
        • Systme de sonorisation PIDS (PIDS PA)
        • Tlvision en circuit ferm PIDS (CCTV)
      • Systme dannonce des alarmes de linstallation (FAAS)
      • Systme dalarme portable personnel (PPA)
      • Systme dalarme portable personnel - localisable (PPAL)
      • Alarmes de points fixes (FPA)
      • Dtections de drones
      • Systme supplmentaire de dtection dintrusion (SIDS) CCTV
      • Tlvision en circuit ferm (CCTV) gnrale
    • Les systmes de communication tels que:
      • Systme radio
      • Systme tlphonique
      • Systme de sonorisation (PA)
      • Systme dinterphone
      • Systme de messagerie
      • Enregistreur vocal oprationnel
      • Systme dappel cellulaire
    • Les systmes oprationnels tels que :
      • Systme de tour de garde
      • Systme de rondes de scurit
      • Systme de contrle des portes
      • Systme dinterception et denregistrement de la voix des dtenus
      • Systmes de contrle daccs
      • Systmes dentre et de sortie
      • Systme de gestion des cls lectroniques

    • Outils de scurit oprationnelle autonomes tels que
      • Coffres-forts gaz OC

      • Dtecteurs de mtaux passage direct
  • Un minimum de cinq ans de gestion dune quipe dau moins cinq personnes travaillant sur un contrat.
  • Dmontrer une connaissance des ordinateurs commerciaux et personnels et de leurs priphriques.
  • Dmontre une connaissance du matriel informatique de base (carte mre RAM disque dur CPU cblage serveur NIC) et de ses priphriques (dispositifs dentre/sortie imprimante moniteur haut-parleur dispositifs dalarme etc.)
  • Dmontrer une rflexion conceptuelle claire sur des situations techniques complexes en tant capable dliminer les renseignements superflus de dvelopper une pense large et critique de dcomposer un projet en lments grables de prendre une dcision dexcuter une solution de formuler un plan daction efficace davoir une pense logique de mener plusieurs tches de front et dtablir des priorits.
  • Dmontre des comptences analytiques (communication crativit rflexion critique analyse des donnes et recherche) pour valuer les rsultats par rapport aux objectifs.
  • Matriser les logiciels de la suite MS Office (Word Excel Outlook et Power Point) un niveau intermdiaire.
  • Dmontre les comptences interpersonnelles ncessaires pour rsoudre les problmes et interagir efficacement avec le site du client.
  • Dmontre des comptences en matire de gestion des conflits en minimisant les consquences ngatives des conflits sur le lieu de travail pour lquipe.
  • Dmontre des comptences en matire de constitution dquipes qui aident les dirigeants former des quipes interactives solidaires et performantes cest--dire (rsolution de problmes coute et organisation).
  • Ce rle exige que tous les candidats dtiennent actuellement ou soient admissibles une autorisation du gouvernement fdral au niveau de fiabilit amliore (niveau 1).

Autres exigences :

  • Le titulaire doit tre capable de communiquer clairement ses ides ce qui ncessite de bonnes comptences interpersonnelles pour rsoudre les problmes et interagir efficacement sur le site du client.
  • Les dcisions ncessitent une rflexion conceptuelle claire sur des situations techniques complexes ; il faut demander conseil en cas dincertitude.
  • CompTIA A et Network un atout (Doit tre achev dans les 6 mois suivant la date de dbut).
  • Travail en hauteur (antichute) premiers secours espace clos et SIMDUT sont des atouts ainsi.
  • Une bonne comprhension des systmes de radiofrquence de tlvision par cble de tlvision en circuit ferm de sonorisation/interphonie et de contrle automatis est un atout.
  • Le Franais est essentiel; le bilinguisme est un atout.

  • Demonstrated experience working with commercial and personal computers and their peripherals.
  • Experience demonstrating clear conceptual thinking of complex technical situations by being able to ignore extraneous information have broad and critical thinking break down a project into manageable pieces make a decision execute a solution formulate an effective course of action have logical thinking be able to multitasking and prioritization.
  • Experience demonstrating the analytical skills (communication creativity critical thinking data analysis and research) to evaluate results against objective.
  • Must be proficient in MS Office Suite software (Word Excel Outlook and Power Point) at an Intermediate level.
  • Demonstrates Interpersonal skills to solve problems and interact with the Client Site effectively.
  • Demonstrates conflict management skills by minimizing the negative impacts of workplace conflicts on the team.
  • Demonstrates team building skills that help leaders form interactive supportive and high-functioning team. i.e. (problem solving listening and organizing).
  • This role requires any candidates to currently hold or be eligible to obtain a Federal Government clearance at the enhanced reliability (level 1).

Other Requirements:

  • CompTIA A and Network an asset. (Must complete within 6 months from start date)
  • Working at heights (Fall Arrest) First Aid Confined Space and WHMIS certifications are considered assets.
  • French essential bilingualism an asset.
