Job Description

Driving b2b sales (small & medium businesses) of financial & payment products as a part of International Go-To-Market team that operates on key markets: Germany Nordics & Poland. The Team works with Product & Sales team to deliver winning strategy to significantly increase business.

The role holder will be based in Frankfurt am Main Germany

Responsibilities:

  • Supports Proposition Delivery and Planning Manager with the delivery planning and governance work on allocated propositions as per proposition resource plan
  • Ensure project and action plans are in place from inception of new SME proposition development per proposition through to final delivery holding action owners to account all the way through the process and support where bottle necks occur
  • Lead delivery calls and ensure all relevant stakeholders included in collaboration with the relevant proposition manager
  • Ensure reporting and monitoring for all propositions from outset to allow proposition managers to review performance against business cases
  • Assist in building and executing marketing campaigns
  • Track and report on campaign results using the data to recommend campaign improvements and a better understanding of customer persona
  • Develop vertical-specific content and materials to better reach target industries technical partner specific materials where appropriate
  • Ability to interact and partner with all company employees by building trust valuing and collaborating with others and communicating effectively

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in English & German native level. Norwegian/Swedish language would be an asset
  • Strong analytical precise systematic logical skills and be detail oriented but keep
  • Work experience in P&L delivery or sales support welcome (i.e. B2C business development or sales)
  • Experience in fintech business development go-to-market business project delivery combined with remote work matrix and international environment would be an asset
  • Ability to work independently contribute to a great teamwork attitude

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule which means theres an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
