Job Description
About the Job: Associate IT Project Coordinator (Taguig) Onsite
Location: Must be willing to work in a 100% onsite set up in BGC Taguig
Employment Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components (networks servers security etc.).
- Proficiency in MS Office MS Project Visio and internet-based tools.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project JIRA Trello Visio PowerPoint etc.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform well under pressure.
- PMP or ITIL certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure and client transition projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (IT Ops ISG Risk Business) and external clients to define project scope deliverables and timelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans dashboards risk logs and handover reports.
- Track project milestones manage dependencies and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Support site IT managers in executing internal IT initiatives such as server/network refreshes telephony upgrades and cloud transformation.
- Ensure compliance with information security policies and adhere to Risk guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
