WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Cash Controller to manage and optimize the companys cash flow liquidity and banking operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cash forecasting monitor daily cash positions and support treasury operations to maintain financial stability and efficiency. The position will play an important role in the transition of our cash functions from manual processes to a more automated solution. You will work closely with our Treasury team as well as other different departments at Oatly.

Heres the main elements of the role...

• Monitor and manage daily cash balances and bank transactions.
• Prepare and maintain short- and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Ensure timely execution of payments and fund transfers.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to cash and banking.
• Handling intercompany settlements and reconciliations.
• Assist in developing and implementing cash management policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management on cash position and liquidity.
• Support internal and external audits related to the cash function.
• Be prepared for ad hoc workflow - you are a punctual team player who works independently with tight deadlines.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE

We are looking for you who have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and a proven track record in cash management treasury or financial control.

Other key competencies & experiences:

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial systems and banking operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g. D365 or similar ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English spoken and written is required.
