Job Description
Location: Brenham TX 77833
Shift: 8-hr Days 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
- Complete patient assessments and identify priority needs
- Develop implement and adjust care plans
- Evaluate nursing practices for quality effectiveness and safety
- Participate in quality improvement and performance tracking
- Educate patients and staff within the scope of practice
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team
- Apply problem-solving strategies using available resources
- Uphold professional legal and regulatory standards
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program OR at least 2 years of equivalent nursing experience (required)
- Major or specialization in Nursing
- Less than 1 year of relevant professional experience acceptable
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or must obtain within 30 days of hire or transfer)
- Strong critical thinking verbal and written communication skills
