Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
Essential Functions of the Role: - Conduct thorough patient assessments to prioritize care needs.
- Develop implement and regularly evaluate individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
- Build and maintain therapeutic relationships with patients and families.
- Educate patients families and caregivers on treatment plans and healthcare decisions.
- Document learning needs and reassess regularly.
- Delegate nursing tasks appropriately and ensure timely follow-up.
- Apply effective clinical judgment and problem-solving in care delivery.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy during all patient interactions.
- Adhere to safety effectiveness and efficiency standards in all care practices.
- Participate in professional development and peer mentoring.
- Contribute to community outreach and service initiatives.

Required Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Active RN License in the state of Texas.
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient nursing experience.
- BLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire).
