RN Long-Term Care Permanent Role Location: Temple TX 76502
Shift: 12 HR Days 06:00 AM - 06:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Compensation: Based on experience
Essential Functions: - Perform and document accurate health assessments in accordance with professional standards and facility guidelines.
- Evaluate plan and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Supervise and verify the quality of nursing procedures and techniques.
- Integrate research and evidence-based practices into care delivery.
- Provide compassionate care addressing residents emotional and physical discomfort to support their healing process.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate resident care.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions treatment plans and wellness strategies.

Qualifications: - Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum two (2) years of relevant nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
