Job Description

Ashland Middle School is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Long-Term Substitute Teacher to teach 7th Grade English Language Arts during a leave of absence. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and supportive team of educators committed to engaging students in meaningful learning.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering instruction in alignment with curriculum maps and grade-level standards.
Creating a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
Implementing classroom routines and expectations to promote student engagement and success.
Collaborating with grade-level and department colleagues to support student learning.
Assessing student progress and providing timely feedback.
Communicating effectively with students families and colleagues.
