Job Summary
We are looking for seasoned professionals from banks or credit rating agencies with strong experience in managing relationships with large corporates (500 Cr turnover). The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition credit assessment and offering tailored corporate banking solutions while driving business growth.
Position Title: Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

Locations: Kolkata
Grade: Manager/ Senior Manager /AVP
Reporting To: Head – Corporate Banking
Compensation: Up to 18 LPA
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage relationships with large corporates (Turnover 500 Cr and above).
- Offer customized banking solutions leveraging the bank's complete product suite.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and perform in-depth credit/risk analysis.
- Coordinate with the Risk team and address all proposal-related queries.
- Deliver against business and revenue targets.
- Actively expand the large corporate client base through structured outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Education: Postgraduate (Preferred - MBA or Chartered Accountant)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years to 14 years in Corporate Banking or Credit Rating
- Industry Preference: Candidates must be from Banks or Credit Rating Agencies only
