Tasks
As the leader of our clients US expansion your mission will be to:
Be the Architect of Our US Growth: You will be the driving force in the market. Your primary mission is to identify engage and win foundational clients laying the groundwork for our long-term success in America.
- Forge the Key Relationships: You wont be inheriting a CRM of cold contacts. Youll be building a network of genuine long-lasting partnerships with key players in the flexo-print industry.
- Become the Face of the Brand: You are the ambassador. You will represent the brand at major industry events and trade shows acting as the primary commercial and technical expert for the entire US market.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: You will provide critical market intelligence directly to European headquarters shaping the future of our strategy and product development for the US.
Requirements
To succeed on this mission you are:
A proven sales professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a deep network within the US flexo-print narrow-web or flexible packaging industry.
- An independent and entrepreneurial spirit with the discipline and drive to manage your own territory and build something from scratch.
- A natural relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people understanding their challenges and providing real solutions.
- A hands-on doer who is excited by the challenge of travel and face-to-face engagement with clients across the country.
