Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Mechanical HVAC Manager to lead our service and installation teams. This individual will oversee daily operations ensure projects are completed to the highest standard and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise HVAC service and installation teams for commercial projects.
- Provide accurate quotes and proposals to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers vendors and partners.
- Oversee scheduling project planning and job execution to ensure efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations company policies and industry standards.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance training and support as needed.
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize processes and deliver outstanding customer service.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in the commercial HVAC industry with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical HVAC systems service and installation processes.
- Proven ability to create accurate quotes and manage budgets.
- Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
- HVAC certification preferred.
