Proven experience in a finance role with responsibilities across payroll reporting and budgeting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive mindset with a drive for improving systems and procedures. Competent in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage 50)Desirable: Experience working in the non-profit or hospitality/leisure sector.
