Salary: to 44K benefitsHours: Full Time (part-time may be considered)Reports to: CEOType: PermanentOutstanding opportunity for a forward-thinking Finance Manager to support the CEO of a successful dynamic business as the in-house Finance expert managing all aspects of the finance function and influencing business strategy and role would suit an experienced and competent finance professional with a proven capability to work collaboratively with non-finance managers to identify and deliver business the in-house finance expert you will be responsible for all aspects of finance from accounts payable invoicing and payroll through to identifying opportunities for profit improvement. Its a diverse and hands-on role supported by a finance assistant who will report to you will work closely with the Sales Leisure and Hospitality managers to optimise finance processes and develop / interpret reports that enable them to maximise the performance of their own departments. Proven experience in a finance role with responsibilities across payroll reporting and budgeting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging and collaborating with non-financial stakeholders. Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proactive mindset with a drive for improving systems and procedures. Competent in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g. Sage 50)Desirable: Experience working in the non-profit or hospitality/leisure sector.
