We are currently looking for a Junior Finance / Data Analyst to support our financial planning and performance analysis this role you will transform raw data into valuable insights helping the team make informed fast decisions across the business landscape.
Tasks
- Support the development of comprehensive monthly reports and detailed performance analysis including but not limited to P&L cash flow and product margins ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial documentation.
- Organize clean and validate data gathered from various internal sources and build insightful dashboards using tools such as Google Sheets Excel and Looker Studio to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Analyze performance metrics across products channels and campaigns to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Contribute to the development of internal and investor reporting materials ensuring clarity and precision in all communications.
- Assist in translating complex bookkeeping data into actionable operational insights and accurate forecasts aiding strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with marketing retail and product teams to support informed business decisions leveraging financial insights to drive growth and efficiency.
Requirements
- Degree in Economics Statistics Engineering or related field
- Analytical thinker strong with numbers and spreadsheets
- Curious tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools
- Detail-oriented proactive and organized
- Hands-on self-starter comfortable with fast turnarounds
- Bonus: familiarity with SQL Google BigQuery or data visualization tools
