The Role: Principal- Product Designer
As a Principal Product Designer youll lead design excellence by taking full ownership of critical fintech experienceswithout people management responsibilities. Youll shape the products design trajectory through deep hands-on work building intuitive and elegant solutions that delight our users. Design is a cornerstone of our development process and in this role youll ensure it stays front-and-center.
What Youll Own
Take charge of end-to-end UX/UI design for core fintech productsowning discovery ideation and delivery.
Lead the development and refinement of a cohesive scalable design system for cross-platform consistency.
Translate user needs research insights and business objectives into pixel-perfect design solutions.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional partnersproduct engineering marketing and compliance.
Continuously validate design impact using KPIs analytics and user feedback; iterate to elevate performance.
Advocate design thinking throughout the product lifecycle influencing stakeholders with strong design rationale.
Who You Are
9 years of product design experience ideally in consumer tech or fintech.
A polished portfolio showcasing conceptual leadership and hands-on execution on complex digital products.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma Sketch or Adobe XD including managing design systems.
Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies accessibility standards and fintech compliance.
Excellent communication skillsyou can articulate design decisions and collaborate thoughtfully across teams.
Self-directed adaptable and energized by solving complex problems in fast-paced environments.
Bachelors degree in Design HCI Computer Science or related disciplines preferred.
