Graphic Designer
Full-Time Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

RL Carriersis seeking organized and proactive Graphis Designer at our Wilmington Oh Service Center. The Graphic Designer will support the marketing team by developing print and online design solutions that align with corporate communications training and marketing strategies. As well as create and maintain engaging digital content for stakeholders ensuring all projects follow brand standards and established processes for quality outcomes. This role involves providing creative solutions across various print and web projects managing the entire production process from concept to final delivery. Including effectively manage multiple projects at different stages maintain strong organizational skills and pay close attention to detail when proofing content. In this role you will collaborate with team members and leadership at all levels and consistently update project progress using our collaborative project management tools.
Requirements:
- Must possess compelling design and typography skills as well as the ability to clearly communicate through visual messaging
- Expert knowledge of: Adobe CC (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Acrobat) and Microsoft Office (Word PowerPoint Excel)
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Skilled at managing multiple projects and consistently meeting tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
- Takes initiative and embraces challenges to ensure successful outcomes
- Ability to develop good rapport with staff and vendors to meet customer expectations
- Associates degree or above in Web Graphic Design or Electronic Media
- Willingness to accept and respond to creative direction
- Driven by a passion for continuous learning growth and innovation in design

Preferred:
- Prepress experience
- Photography experience
- Experience with studio lighting and various camera equipment
- Videography/editing experience
- Experience designing for projects that use HTML CSS and/or CMS (WordPress and others)
- Experience with responsive design concepts
- Experience working with and designing for digital signage and/or CCTV systems
- Experience in UX/UI/Figma
