Job Description
System Planning Project Manager - Project Management Consultant
Location: Juno Beach FL 33408 or Remote
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Overview of the Role:
Are you ready to lead impactful projects that shape the future of energy systems As a System Planning Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in managing project milestones timelines and stakeholder communications. Your expertise in creating tracking tools streamlining processes and fostering collaboration will drive success for our team and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage system planning studies with internal and external teams.
- Develop dashboards to track and communicate project progress and KPIs.
- Design user-friendly project management tools to monitor deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Create detailed process manuals for onboarding and team support.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to resolve project challenges.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for project updates and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or diploma in a related field.
- Proven experience in leading corporate initiatives and managing projects.
- Proficiency in developing tracking tools and dashboards.
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with power system study tools (e.g. PSSE PSCAD) is a bonus.
