Job Description

Were looking for a Professional Services Solution Consultant to join Procores Professional Services this role youll play an integral role in supporting the sale of Procores Professional Services focused on product integrations migrations and customizations.   

As a Professional Services Solution Consultant youll partner with our sales and professional services teams to serve as the critical link between commitments made during the sales cycle and delivery of the services. Youll help prospects architect best practice strategies that address specific customer business needs that are practical to implement and easy to service. You will solve customers business problems using your design and analysis skills to transfer processes into technology.

Use your deep knowledge in consulting methodologies and Enterprise software systems to inspire customer confidence in the value of our Professional Services. As part of a growing team youll scope and prescribe Professional Services offerings for clients and prospective clients to drive adoption and services revenue. Join us to help our customers see even more value from their use of Procore Technologies.

This position reports to the Senior Manager Professional Services and will be remote based. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.

What youll do:

  • Position Procores Professional Services offerings through value-based selling; tailoring pitches and recommended services especially integration services to customers needs outcomes and resources.
  • Uncover potential business opportunities with customer prospects through discovery researching and understanding prospects implementation needs and identifying potential solution hypotheses and value drivers of our Professional Services especially around integrations.
  • Create SOWs and Amendments by being an expert on Procores technology and by representing the interests of customers and the Professional Services team
  • Support others on the PSSC team on complex discovery around integrations and data migrations and help them learn the critical aspects of integration and data migration discovery
  • Partner closely with Account Executives Account Managers and Customer Success Engineers to increase salability of Procores service offerings.
  • Collaborate with Services Delivery partners especially our integration and data migration partners  to co-scope professional services engagements ensuring alignment on customer needs solution design and successful delivery outcomes
  • Assist Sales on new business opportunities by building proposals for RFPs supporting sales meetings designing and scoping services solutions for clients and prospects

What were looking for:

  • 3 years of experience preferably in Professional Services and/or presales
  • Bachelors degree is preferred; MA/MS/MBA degree a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise software Implementation and/or Scoping experience with a focus on Integrations data migrations technology consulting project management or customer management.
  • Relevant experience working in Sales in one or more of the following areas: prescribing services related to upselling cross-selling change orders or solution best practices
  • Excellent business and technical presentation skills communication (oral & written) and relationship-building skills across all levels of management
  • Current experience with scoping drafting and presenting services options and SOWs to clients virtually and in-person 
  • Experience responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs); technical writing experience preferred
  • Experience co-scoping services with third party service providers

Additional Information :

Base Pay Range $122080 - $167860. Plus commission plan for an estimated on-target earnings of $174400 - $239800. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates job-related skills experience education or training and location.
