Job Description
Major Responsibilities
Manage the complete execution of Pre-Engineered Metal Building projects from order processing to delivery.
Review jobs processed by other team members for accuracy (Class 17 orders).
Process and price quotations purchase orders and work orders efficiently ensuring clarity and compliance with policies.
Communicate drawing and shipping schedules to customers builders and district sales managers.
Confirm and verify pricing accurately reflects the defined scope of work.
Promptly analyze and discuss potential Change Orders with customers and builders; notify relevant departments and process changes to maintain margins.
Serve as a creative positive partner with personnel across departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Continually improve knowledge of Cornerstone Building Brands products procedures and ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications.
Maintain professional courteous and timely communication with all customers builders and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications :
Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Science Engineering or Architecture preferred (not required).
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in construction engineering drafting estimating or project management.
Proven track record managing multiple projects in the metal building or construction industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Teams Excel Word and PowerPoint.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
Experience with AutoCAD or Bluebeam is a plus.
Professional Skills:
100% fluency in English (written and spoken).
Strong customer-facing communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
