Were looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead one of our residential homes for children and young people aged 8 - 18 with complex emotional behavioural and social needs.

What Youll Do:
- Lead motivate and manage a team delivering outstanding care
- Oversee admissions and ensure full appropriate occupancy
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted and care regulations
- Drive high-quality therapeutically informed practice
- Ensure risk assessments safeguarding and placement plans are up to date and effective
- Support with audits budgeting staffing and recruitment
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities commissioners and agencies
- Promote a safe nurturing and engaging home environment
- Encourage and empower young peoples voice and participation in their care
About You:
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or willing to achieve within 6 months
- 2 years of experience in a childrens residential setting
- 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Childrens Homes Regulations (2015)
- Excellent understanding of Ofsted standards health & safety and quality assurance
- Organised compassionate and ready to lead by example
