Job Summary

Territory Manager Structural Heart & Electrophysiology

Compensation: $95115K base monthly uncapped commission $125k variable (OTE $215275K)
Benefits: Medical/Dental 401(k) with 7% match company car electronics provided

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet monthly quarterly and annual objectives

  • Call on Electrophysiologists Interventional Cardiologists Cath Lab staff OR Materials Management Purchasing and Value Analysis Committees

  • Build strong relationships with KOLs hospital stakeholders and strategic partners

  • Lead product education support case coverage and ensure excellent customer experience

  • Grow new and existing programs while managing a targeted funnel of prospects

  • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to resolve customer issues and drive adoption


Qualifications

  • 3 years of sales experience in hospitals structural heart EP or pharma (must be sales not clinical)

  • Documented sales success with awards and accolades

  • Cardiac imaging experience (TEE/ICE) a strong plus

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional/military experience

  • Proven ability to navigate hospital sales cycles (VAC contracts capital equipment reimbursement)

  • Polished strategic thinker with a strong work ethic hunger to win and excellent relationship-building skills

  • Clean driving record; ability to travel within the territory
