Territory Manager Structural Heart & Electrophysiology
Compensation: $95115K base monthly uncapped commission variable comp $125k (OTE $215275K)

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a territory sales plan to meet monthly quarterly and annual objectives
Call on Electrophysiologists Interventional Cardiologists Cath Lab staff OR Materials Management Purchasing and Value Analysis Committees
Build strong relationships with KOLs hospital stakeholders and strategic partners
Lead product education support case coverage and ensure excellent customer experience
Grow new and existing programs while managing a targeted funnel of prospects
Collaborate with Clinical Specialists to resolve customer issues and drive adoption
Qualifications
3 years of sales experience in hospitals structural heart EP or pharma (must be sales not clinical)
Documented sales success with awards and accolades
Cardiac imaging experience (TEE/ICE) a strong plus
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional/military experience
Proven ability to navigate hospital sales cycles (VAC contracts capital equipment reimbursement)
Polished strategic thinker with a strong work ethic hunger to win and excellent relationship-building skills
Clean driving record; ability to travel within the territory
