About the Role:
The Associate Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales and promoting innovative medical technology products in the Southeast territory. You will work closely with healthcare providers understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions to enhance patient outcomes in the OR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations.
- Provide product education and demonstrations to clinicians and staff.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product offerings.
- Track and report sales metrics and market feedback to management.
- Participate in regional and national sales meetings and professional development activities.
Essential Qualifications:- Bachelors Degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year and maximum of 3 years of sales experience preferably in a healthcare or medical technology environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills for sales performance and market analysis.
Desired Experience:- Experience in sales promotion and customer relationship management.
- Familiarity with medical technology or thehealthcare industry ispreferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits:
The annual salary for this position ranges from $65000 to $75000 commensurate with experience. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including an annual bonus company car or car reimbursement health insurance retirement plans and opportunities for professional development.
