As our Compliance Manager youll lead and inspire a team ensuring the safety and well-being of our customers colleagues and contractors. Youll deliver high-quality landlord compliance uphold Health & Safety standards manage budgets efficiently and oversee external contracts to ensure excellent service and value. Your role is central to our #oneteam driving high standards and meeting customer needs across Asset Management.
About You
Were seeking an experienced proactive leader with a passion for safety and quality. Youll have proven experience in managing planned programmes compliance and H&S (including LLH&S regulations like CDM 2015). Your background will include leading multi-disciplined teams managing budgets and procurement and handling fire safety projects. Relevant qualifications (IOSH degree NEBOSH Level 5 Management) are essential along with strong ICT skills literacy and numeracy.
