Tasks

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings appointments and events to ensure efficient time management for the team.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication channels with clients and team members to support seamless operations.
  • Manage office supplies and resources to ensure the office is well-equipped and operates smoothly.
  • Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documents to support project management and client interactions.
  • Implement and maintain filing systems both electronic and paper to ensure easy access to important documents and information.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role preferably within the environmental services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
