Job Description
We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency established in 2017 delivering cutting-edge solutions for global clients such as Canva Adobe Stillio PharmEasy and many more. Our team leverages 15 years of industry experience to create impactful strategies for businesses across the USA Australia and Middle East.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and articulate HR Intern who can spark initial engagement with candidates assist in shortlisting and support end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle and source candidates via job portals.
- Conduct thorough candidate screening line up candidates and schedule interviews.
- Systematically manage applicant data using Google Sheets for efficient tracking and record-keeping.
- Support HR in other functions and ensure data accuracy in HR records.

- Excellent English communication skills written and spoken.
- Pursuing or completed the graduation
- Any graduate is welcome.
- Self-motivated responsible and good with deadlines
