We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Columbus OH. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing timely and accurate assistance to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. You will work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve issues and deliver a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a professional and timely manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints determining the cause and providing effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Monitor customer feedback and report trends to improve services
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Maintain product knowledge to provide accurate information and support
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelors degree preferred
Minimum 12 years of customer service experience preferably in a call center or consumer support environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused with a positive attitude
