Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide L2 production support for Unix-based systems and applications
Monitor troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Unix SQL and Oracle DB
Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability
Manage and support cloud-based environments (AWS or PCF)
Adhere to ITSM processes including Incident Problem and Change Management
Document support procedures resolutions and system configurations
Participate in on-call rotation and support weekend deployments as needed
