Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager leads the delivery of HR services for the assigned ministry managing a team of HR Business Partners and ensuring alignment of HR practices with the unique needs of healthcare operations. This role collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to support core HR functions (including recruitment compensation employee relations performance management training compliance and workforce planning) to provide exceptional customer service support and support organizational growth. The HR Manager plays a key role in shaping a positive work environment ensuring the effectiveness of HR operations and serving as a champion for maintaining a highly engaged workforce.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:8 years of professional HR experience with 4 years of strategic HR responsibilities

Education:Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.

Skills:Expert consulting and communication skills applied to cross-functional HR initiatives; Advanced interpersonal critical thinking and strategic thinking abilities; Ability to influence others to drive change and improve HR practices; Strong business acumen decision-making and consulting skills; Excellent time management and strong proficiency in HR systems and tools; Advanced knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards; Skilled in data analysis HR reporting and project management.

Licenses and Certifications:Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CP SHRM-SCP PHR SPHR) preferred

Responsibilities
Job Responsibility

Leadership
Oversees the day-to-day activities of HR Business Partners within the assigned ministry.
Manages HR team performance; removes barriers encourages problem-solving and promotes knowledge sharing across departments.

Strategic Alignment
Leads the HRBP team in implementing workforce strategies that reflect both departmental and organizational priorities.
Acts as a strategic advisor to department leaders across all HR matters ensuring alignment with operational goals

Talent & Performance
Manages performance reviews and partners with leadership to drive continuous performance improvement and identify development opportunities.
Acts as a catalyst for HR best practices.

Engagement & Retention
Champions a culture of feedback and open communication; fosters innovation in improving staff engagement and retention.
Evaluates team effectiveness and implements strategies to enhance morale and collaboration.

Operational Excellence
Ensures accuracy and efficiency in HR processes.
Leads improvement & identifies areas of opportunity for enhancement.
Ensures accuracy and consistency in HR operations.
Monitors compliance with organizational policies and JCAHO/regulatory standards; recommends policy revisions to support HR excellence.
Leads and manages strategic initiatives and complex projects within the Business HR (BHR) division of Human Resources.



Qualifications
