Job Description
Polygon Technology is looking for a Business Analyst with a strong IT background and a passion for research and documentation. This role is ideal for someone with 1 years of experience who can dive deep into market trends analyze data and translate findings into actionable insights and structured documentation.
The ideal candidate should be proactive organized and eager to work alongside product business and technical teams to support strategic decisions and project planning.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to support business and product development.
Prepare comprehensive business documents such as research briefs requirements documents (BRDs) user stories MoUs and pitch decks.
Analyze industry trends customer behavior and emerging technologies in the IT and digital services space.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales Product Engineering) to understand business needs and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Track business KPIs and create performance and progress reports.
Organize findings into actionable insights that contribute to business strategy client proposals and internal planning.
- Support proposal development and documentation for client-facing deliverables.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT Business or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst Market Research Analyst or a similar rolepreferably in an IT or tech company.
Strong research and analytical skills with a clear understanding of IT services and digital products.
Proficiency in creating structured documentation (BRDs MoUs pitch decks requirement sheets etc.).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Comfortable working with data visualization tools spreadsheets and collaboration platforms (e.g. Google Workspace Notion etc.).
Attention to detail logical thinking and a proactive attitude.
Preference Will Be Given To:
Candidates with hands-on experience in creating client or project documentation in the tech space.
Individuals who can present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical teams.
