As a Customer Support Representative you will:
Provide top-notch support to customers via phone email and chat
Handle inquiries about the companys products services and policies
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a professional and empathetic manner
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure service excellence
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems
Fluency in Slovak (C2/native) and strong command of English (B2)
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Basic technical proficiency and a willingness to learn
Availability to work on-site in Sofia
Gross Monthly Salary: 3600 BGN
Relocation Support:
10 nightsof hotel accommodation upon arrival
Reimbursement of travel expenses up to 490 BGN (250.52 EUR) after 6 months
Fully Paid Training Program:
2 weeks of comprehensive training
1 week of hands-on nesting with support
