Ihre Aufgaben:

• Untersttzung bei administrativen Aufgaben und Sachbearbeitung
• Erstellung und Pflege von Aushngen und Berichten
• Planung und Organisation von Terminen und Meetings
• Untersttzung bei Marketing- und PR-Aktivitten
• Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Sicherheits- und Gesundheitskampagnen
• Untersttzung bei der Influencer-Kommunikation und Sozial Media Aktivitten
• Untersttzung bei der Erstellung und Aktualisierung von HSE-Dokumentationen und Berichten.
• Teilnahme an Schulungen und Workshops zu Gesundheit Sicherheit und Umweltschutz.
• Untersttzung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von HSE-Projekten und -Initiativen.

Ihr Profil:

• Eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) im Bereich Sicherheitsmanagement Ingenieurwesen Marketing oder einem verwandten Studiengang.
• Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
• Erfahrung in Administration Marketing und PR
• Gute analytische sowie organisatorische Fhigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
• Fhigkeit klare und przise Berichte zu erstellen
• Teamfhigkeit und Kommunikationsstrke.
• Selbststndige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
