We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team focusing on distributor markets in the CEE CIS region. This role involves developing and implementing educational strategies for healthcare professionals managing customer databases and supporting market activities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an educational strategy for healthcare professionals regarding the Ax and Rx product portfolio
- Build and maintain segmented customer databases ensuring their growth and engagement
- Support the DAM of medium-sized markets and conduct train-the-trainer meetings
- Analyze demand and prepare for future product launches
- Introduce and monitor the implementation of promotional instruments and digital strategies
- Ensure the effective delivery of key messages and content plans
- Conduct monthly monitoring of sell-in sell-out and stock performance and prepare performance reports
- Provide product training for distributors and support country-level events
Key Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in marketing positions ideally covering several markets
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing educational strategies for healthcare professionals
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Teams)
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian would be an asset
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools is a plus
- Proven track record of building and managing customer databases
- Ability to collaborate openly and empower team members and partners
