As part of a larger team you will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives that bring our Health and Safety Strategy and Improvement Plan to life.
Youll build safety capability and accountability across teams and leaders champion positive cultural and behavioural change and provide expert advice on managing health and safety risks. In this role youll also oversee safety communications manage change initiatives facilitate key steering committees and working groups and deliver targeted learning programs that drive our safety priorities forward.
